Our Response To COIVD-19
The Reddi Services family continually maintains a safe and clean working environment to protect the health of our employees, clients and visitors. We are closely monitoring updates and guidelines issued by the Center of Disease Control (CDC).
As an essential service provider, Reddi Services is committed to reducing transmission of COVID19, as well as other seasonal influenza viruses and the following additional proactive steps have been made within all of our locations:
- Our technicians practice social distancing during service calls or stay completely out of your house or business if our work can be done from outside.
- Technicians will wear protective equipment for everyone’s health and safety.
- Employees experiencing any illness are required to rest at home in accordance with advised health guidelines.
If you are experiencing any symptoms and would like to reschedule your appointment, please don’t hesitate to call us. We will be happy to make arrangements for a future visit. If you are feeling unwell and need emergency work done, please let us know when we arrive. This will allow us to increase our precautionary measures to ensure the health and well-being for all.
